Hello, I’m Delila. I’m a deeply passionate bodyworker. I’m offering a range of therapeutic treatments that I personally designed, going deep into many layers of the body. I tailor every treatment to personal needs and goals.

I'm trained in Shiatsu (similar to Thai massage), Acupressure, Myofascial release, Sacrum re-alignment and Hara (belly) release.

I have over 5 years of experience. I am currently a lead Massage Therapist in a physiotherapy clinic in Belfast. And now, I offer my personal services also in Filly Green, Bangor.

An introductory session where we will make and assessment and discuss what bodywork would be best suited for your needs. We would move on to a bodywork session of one chosen body part. A 10min. consultation is included in the session

A deep Full Body massage for ultimate recovery. This bodywork is designed for those who are experiencing muscular tension and stress. We cover the Back, Legs, Arms, Neck and Head. I combine techniques like Shiatsu (similar to Thai Massage), Trigger point Release, Myofascial release and Stretching. The session includes a 10min. consultation to establish a personalized approach.

A deep massage specifically designed for those who are experiencing Hip or Back pain. For Hip pan we would cover the Back, Glutes, Hips and back of Legs. For Back pain we would cover the Back with focus on the area of tension, Arms, Neck and Head. I combine techniques like Shiatsu (similar to Thai Massage), Trigger point Release, Myofascial release and Stretching. BODYWORK FOR WOMEN (90min)

This bodywork is designed for exhausted and overstimulated women. This massage combines deep work for releasing stored emotions, blocked energy lines, tension in muscles and accumulated tension in organs. We cover the Back, Glutes, Legs, Feet, Hara (belly), Chest, Arms, Jaw and Head. I use a combination of techniques like Shiatsu (similar to Thai Massage), Acupressure, soft Myofascial release, stretching and Sacrum re-alignment. The session includes a 10min. consultation to establish a personalized approach.

POST-PARTUM BODYWORK (60min)

Massage for ultimate recovery after birth. This massage focusses on shoulder and lower back pain, sacrum re-alignment, jaw tension, and organ release. We would cover the Back, Legs, Hara (Belly) (if desired), Shoulders, Head and Face. The perfect combination of tender massaging strokes with deeper muscle relief where needed. The massage can be done laying sideways if desired. The session includes a 10min. consultation to establish a personalized approach.

A soft approach for those who need tenderness and care. This treatment will work with the Cranio-Sacral Rythm of the body. It is a total reboot of the nervous system.
